But in December 2019 the Hotel welcomed a very unique guest who tried to...steal its festive spirit!

Little Elf came to the Hotel all prepared with his big red bag and right from the entrance, he started filling it with everything related to Christmas.

He moved fast and quiet so nobody noticed him until the General Manager of the Hotel sensed that something at the Hotel was not right. From that moment onwards he decided he will find the one, who’s behind all of this.

When the General Manager finally found the Little Elf, he did not want to scare him or make him leave. Instead, he wanted to share the kindness with the Little Elf. So, the General Manager gave him the Gold Key to the Hotel, which symbolized that the Little Elf is welcomed at Four Seasons Hotel Baku no matter what, just like everyone else.
